Whether it’s a party for little ones or loved ones, we handle everything from sourcing the perfect venue and coordinating suppliers to managing logistics, timelines, and all the details in between.

What’s Included?

It starts with a relaxed consultation to get to know you, your ideas, and your budget. From there, we’ll create a personalised proposal tailored to your event, along with a mood board, colour combination palette and styling plan.

Our Bespoke Planning service includes:

Access to our curated collection of backdrops, decor, florals and themed props
On the day set-up and styling
Sourcing of any bespoke or extra touches, if needed
Tablescaping, if requested
Venue Booking
Supplier Research and Coordination (E.g Catering, Entertainment, Stationery, Photographer)
Management of timelines
On-the-day coordination
Delivery and Collection
