Our Bespoke Planning service is here to take the pressure off and make the entire process enjoyable from start to finish.

Whether it’s a party for little ones or loved ones, we handle everything from sourcing the perfect venue and liaising with suppliers to managing logistics, timelines, and all the details in between.

What’s Included?

It starts with a relaxed consultation to get to know you, your ideas, and your budget. From there, we’ll create a personalised proposal tailored to your event, along with a mood board, colour combination palette and styling plan.

Our Bespoke Planning service includes:

  • All aspects of our Event Styling service

  • Tablescaping, if requested

  • Venue sourcing

  • Supplier Research and Coordination

  • On-the-day coordination and management of timelines

  • On the day set-up and styling

  • Delivery and Collection  

You’ll be kept in the loop the whole way through, without having to juggle ten different suppliers or last-minute surprises.

Investing in an event planner means you can enjoy the build-up (and the big day!) knowing it’s all in hand. We’re here to make the experience stress-free, fun, and totally memorable, for you and your guests.

Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch to arrange an informal consultation to get to know you, your ideas, and your budget. From there, you’ll be able to secure your date with a booking fee. Then for the fun part, we’ll get to work on creating your personalised proposal tailored to your event, along with a mood board, colour combination palette and styling plan.
